  • Create, edit and generate professional PDF documents for work estimates, proforma-style offers, delivery/service notes, consumption reports and other custom document types.
  • Customize document names from settings, so each company can adapt the exported PDF titles to its own workflow.
  • Manage structured databases for clients, suppliers, products, documents and service history.
  • Reload existing documents for corrections, updates or new PDF generation.
  • Track document history by user and year, keeping records organized and easier to search.
  • Manage maintenance/service information, including equipment, serial numbers, service reminders and intervention history.
  • Use local Excel databases by default, with optional online client database support for teams that need safer shared access.
  • Continue working with locally available data when the online client database is not available.
